PORCH HOUSE
A Vertical Villa for Five. Designed for Life, Not Just Living
This is Porch House—a project born out of friendship and bold intent. Five close friends. One tight plot of 600 square yards. And the shared decision to not settle for an apartment lifestyle.
SO INSTEAD OF GOING WIDE, THEY WENT UP

Five full floors. Five custom homes.
Each floor is a standalone villa in the sky—individually designed, completely private, yet stitched together by a shared sense of belonging.
No two floors are the same. One has wide balconies that open to the morning light. Another plays with double-height ceilings and skylights. Layouts respond to personalities, not some standard template. Every square foot is intentional.

This isn’t a compromise between apartment and villa.
This is a villa—just stacked vertically.
The name Porch House comes from what ties it all together: the deep, wide porches that blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor living. The porch isn’t just an architectural feature—it’s where life spills out. Morning coffee. Conversations. Pauses in the day. The porch becomes the threshold between solitude and shared moments.
And just like that idea stretched into the city, the spirit of the project flows into another space
